PII and login access
- Supabase-auth login access is removed.
- Profile details, emergency contacts, and saved addresses are deleted or anonymized.
- Professional KYC, bank, and live-location data are redacted.

Request deletion of your Knoqq or Knoqq Partner account.
Use the phone number linked to your account. We will verify the number with OTP and then process the deletion request under our retention and compliance rules.

What may be retained
Operational and financial history
- Bookings, payments, payouts, reviews, support tickets, and safety logs may be retained in anonymized form.
- This retention supports fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and legal compliance.
- If your account still has active jobs or pending payouts, deletion may be blocked until they are resolved.
